Police Reports 11-1-13

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Lee Butler, 45, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:39 a.m. on a parole violation warrant. No bond was set.
Martina Span, 30, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:09 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of speeding. She was released on $314 bond.
Billy Caro, 48, of Carol Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:23 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule II narcotics. No bond was set.
Terence Anderson, 37, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 1:09 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of remaining where forbidden. He was released on $187 bond.
Lisa Hebert, 47, of Sterling Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:19 p.m. on a charge of resisting an officer by giving false information and a warrant charging her with principal to theft over $1,000. No bond was set.
Dennis Delasbour, 42, of Sterling Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:43 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension and expired inspection. He was also charged with a warrant on a charge of theft over $1,000. No bond was set.
Roderick Tillman, 20, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:09 a.m. on a charge of simple burglary. No bond was set.
