Police Reports 11-14-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kaveshia Johnson, 17, of 603 Grove St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 9:16 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of second degree battery. No bond was set.
Jerell Jones, 23, of 628 Cypress Road, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 5:24 p.m. on a probation violation warrant and held with no bond set.
Tyler Nelson, 18, of 127 Jones Road No. 2, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 10:17 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on a summons.
Abel Ortiz, 37, of 301 David Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 1:42 a.m. on charges of hit and run, DWI, open alcohol container and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jared Cowart, 28, of St. John Street, Franklin, Thursday at 2:49 p.m. on warrants charging him with felony theft and electrical permit required. No bond was set.
Elizabeth Jefferson, 70, of Napoleonville, was arrested Thursday at 4:52 p.m. on a warrant charging her with first offense DWI. She was released on $2,500 bond.
Sierra Jones, 17, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 10:11 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $250 bond.
Travis Robicheaux, 23, of Oak Drive, Centerville was arrested today at 1:50 a.m. on a charge of second offense DWI and held on $5,000 bond.
