Police Reports 11-17-14

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Jared Cowart, 28, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:55 a.m. on a sheriff’s warrant charging him with simple assault, a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of no insurance, improper child restraint, speeding, no driver’s license and failure to secure vehicle registration. No bond was set.
Michael Landry, 26, of Percy Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:58 p.m. on a charge of expired driver’s license and released on $250 bond.
Cory Picard, 22, of Magnolia Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:53 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting with force. No bond was set.
Trelana Neville, 35, of Martin Luther King Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:06 p.m. on charges of second offense DWI, refusal to submit to chemical test and misrepresentation during booking. No bond was set.
Logan Charpentier, 22, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:41 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of synthetic marijuana. Bond was set at $2,000.
Alfred Hilliard, 26, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 5:40 a.m. on warrants charging him with domestic abuse battery and unattended motor vehicle. No bond was set.
