Police Reports 11-20-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A juvenile male, 16, of Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 9:50 a.m. on charges of two counts of battery on a school teacher. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Lisa M. Dantin, 53, of 6556 La. 87, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 11:33 a.m. on a violation of the parish nuisance animal ordinance. She was released on a summons.
Chad A. Ross Jr., 21, of 1708E Garner St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 12:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute. He was released on $25,000 bond.
Gordon Tyrone, 50, of Houma, was arrested Wednesday at 3:02 p.m. on a charge of probation violation and held with no bond set.
Edward Jones, 33, of 118 Roussell St., Patterson, was arrested today at 2:30 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, simple battery and a Patterson warrant on a charge of simple battery. He was transferred to another jurisdiction.
Iriane D. Burks, 22, of 106 Mill Road, Patterson, and Brittany Jones, 21, of 139 Lloyd Lane, Morgan City, were arrested Tuesday at 5:07 p.m. on charges of theft. Burks was released on a personal surety bond and Jones was transferred to another jurisdiction.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Gregory Gober Jr., 26, of 2600 Sixth St., Berwick, Wednesday at 10:04 a.m. on a warrant charging him with second offense possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Alton Fine, 24, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 7:54 a.m. on a charge of illegal possession of stolen property. Bond was set at $1,000.
Michael Lumpkin, 25, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:13 a.m. on a probation hold. No bond was set.
Darrius Gordon, 27, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:13 a.m. on a probation hold and held with no bond set.
Raquel Matthews, 21, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:26 a.m. on a charge of resisting an officer and held on $1,838 bond.
Christopher Willis, 49, of Lafayette, was arrested Wednesday at 11:53 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of second offense DWI.
He was released on $767 bond.
