Police Reports 11-3-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kane A. Wiggins, 22, of 410 Henry St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 1:34 p.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a movable and was released on $2,000 bond.
Beau Rodrigue, 17, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 2:41 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Darnell D. Phillips, 34, of 1148 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:42 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and was released on $500 bond.
Sidney Elair, 56, of 8509 U.S. 90 Frontage Road, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 12:02 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and again at 8:58 p.m. on a charge of terrorizing. No bond was set.
Allen Guillotte Jr., 46, of 11407 La. 182, Apt. B, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:33 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear.
He was released on $334 bond.
Destiny Landry, 39, of 511 Joey St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 1:14 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property and was released on $500 bond.
Corey L. Hills, 29, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 7:55 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of John Loustalot, 30, of Cayce Street, Franklin, Saturday at 2:03 a.m. on charges of second degree battery and possession of Xanax. No bond was set.
Thaddeus Brown, 37, of Pecan Drive, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:22 a.m. on warrants charging him with second degree battery and aggravated battery. He was released on $18,000 bond.
Dijon Bell, 20, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:44 a.m. on warrants charging him with criminal trespassing and aggravated battery. No bond was set.
Darrel Washington, 46, of Collie Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:37 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
