Police Reports 11-7-14

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Dijon Bell, 20, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:44 p.m. on two bench warrants from Third Ward Court and released on $75 bond.
John Loustalot, 30, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:17 a.m. on a charge of probation violation and held with no bond set.
Amanda Parker, 34, of River Road, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 9:33 p.m. on charges of DWI and obstruction of a passageway. No bond was set.
Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Devin M. Landry, 20, of 1057 Eagle St., Franklin, Oct. 19 on charges of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, possession of Schedule II and III drugs, and possession of a Schedule I drug with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Audwin Bryant Welch, 53, of 103 Teche Court, Baldwin, was arrested Oct. 24 on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held without bond.
Kenneth Sahd Binder, 43, of Tyler, Texas, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of possession of marijuana and DWI. No bond was set.
Trawn C. Martin, 44, of 5405 La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Thursday on charges of second offense DWI, resisting by flight, suspended driver’s license, misrepresentation during booking and an unspecified warrant arrest. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Adam Roy, 28, of 702 Onstead St., Morgan City, Thursday at 2:54 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Jason M. Aucoin, 39, of 123 Miller Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 3:53 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $31,612.
Dwan Williams, 29, of Franklin, was charged with entering contraband into a jail facility Thursday at 5:02 p.m. He remains incarcerated.
Christian Burton-Gonzalez, 33 of 132 Francis St., Lot 25, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 7:24 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Cody LeBlanc, 19, of Delcambre, was arrested Thursday at 10:32 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of disturbing the peace, no seat belt and reckless operation. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Justin Sons, 34, and Jessica Brown, 22, both of 125 Shannon St., Patterson, Thursday at 4:58 p.m. both on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sons was charged with second offense possession of synthetic marijuana and Brown with third offense possession of synthetic marijuana. No bonds were set.
Damenn Engleton, 25, of 309 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 8:07 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, third offense marijuana possession, possession of Ecstasy with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug free zone. No bond was set.
