Police Reports 12-10-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Drizzt Morales, 18, of 2134 Lagrange Robicheaux Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:08 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of careless operation of a vehicle and no driver’s license. He was released on $334 bond.
David Carline, 56, of 128 Diane Lane, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 9:43 a.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
Lynn Fields, 55, of 126 Natalie Lane, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 11:38 a.m. on a charge of vicious animal ordinance violation and released on a summons.
Teldrich Toussaint, 17, of 118 Fox Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:38 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on a summons.
A juvenile male, 16, of Franklin, was also charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and released to guardians.
Gia Gauthier, 51, of 712 Federal Ave., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 1:19 p.m. on charges of reckless operation and DWI. No bond was set.
Jose Ojeda, 28, of 139 Westside Lane, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 4:37 p.m. on 31 warrants charging him with criminal damage to property. He was reportedly involved in tire slashings in the Amelia area on Dec. 8. No bond was set.
Tyjuan Lockley, 23, of 106 Ronnie St., Baldwin, was arrested today at 12:27 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of seatbelt violation. He was released on a $100 fine.
Narcotics Division agents arrested a juvenile male, 16, of Franklin, Tuesday at 4:43 p.m. on a warrant charging him with abuse of toxic vapors and he was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Larry Swails, 26, of 815 US 90, No. 118, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:55 pm. on a charge of possession of marijuana and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Anson Paul, 39, of Liner Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 3:56 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, switched license plate, failure to register vehicle and no insurance. He was held on $1,500 bond.
