Police Reports 12-11-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Chris Smith, 29, of Harvey, La., was arrested Wednesday at 12:38 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of codeine, possession of hydrocodone and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $7,500.
Waynya Francis, 20, of 1503 Live Oak St., Patterson, was charged Wednesday with aggravated second degree battery and held with no bond set.
Toby Adams, 36, of 11429 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and a warrant on a charge of criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
Brent Darden, 29, of 3636 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 3:51 p.m. on a failure to appear on charges of unauthorized use of a movable and criminal damage to property and another warrant on a charge of disarming a police officer in connection with a March 18 incident at the parish jail. No bond was set.
Sky Leger Sr., 33, of Broussard, was arrested Wednesday at 3:33 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of possession of marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors, passion of drug paraphernalia and four counts of simple burglary. No bond was set.
