Police Reports 12-15-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Clarence Colbert, 44, of 104 Haven St., Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 12:33 p.m. on a charge of expired vehicle inspection sticker and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was released on a summons.
Robyn Blanc, 29, of 1313 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 12:54 p.m. on a warrant charging him with cruelty to animals. During an ongoing investigation into arson on Middle Road, a detective learned that a small dog perished in a fire allegedly set by Blanc. No bond was set.
Heather Harvey, 30, of 203 Trevino St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 2:15 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of failure to appear on charges of direct contempt, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. She was released on $324 bond.
Lauren H. Hall, 29, of 1642 Chestnut St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 8:56 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of driving under suspension and license plate light required. She was released on $5,000 bond.
David Frickey, 51, of 639 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 10:16 p.m. on a charge of criminal mischief and released on a summons.
Melissa C. Badeaux, 34, of 205 Cedar St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:09 a.m. on a warrant charging her with unauthorized use of an access card. She was released on $5,000 bond.
Trevor Brown, 37, of 20104 U.S. 90 Frontage Road, Lot 1, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 11:23 a.m. on charges of expired vehicle inspection sticker and open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.
Chester Nora, 50, of 449 St. Peters St., Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 5:13 p.m. on charges of two counts of violation of the parish vicious animals ordinance. A deputy investigating an animal complaint on Fortier Circle learned from the complainant that a loose dog allegedly killed a chicken in her yard. While standing in the street, the deputy observed a second dog break free from a chain in another yard. The dog then quickly exited the yard running toward the deputy into the street while reportedly growling and baring its teeth. In response to the animal’s aggressiveness, the deputy fired his duty weapon wounding the animal in the head. The dog then fled into a nearby field. Both dogs were collected by St. Mary Parish Animal Control. Nora was released on a summons.
Jason M. St. Germain, 38, and Angelique St. Germain, 43, both of 2717 La. 182, Bayou Vista, were arrested Sunday at 12:45 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. Jason St. Germain was held with no bond set and Angelique St. Germain was released on $2,500 bond.
Arnulfo Bueso Rivera, 43, of West Side Park Lane, Apt. 3, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 12:34 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
Charlie Jones, 56, of 128 Lakeside Parkway, Amelia, was arrested today at 3:22 a.m. on a charge of theft of goods and a failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and no insurance. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Brent Darden, 29, of Charenton, Friday on warrants charging him with felony theft, two counts of resisting by flight, criminal contempt for failure to appear, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and two counts of simple assault. No bond was set.
Kevin Clements, 51, of Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:15 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, disturbing the peace, criminal damage to property and remaining where forbidden. No final disposition was reported.
Dwight Woodcock, 52, of Broussard, was arrested Saturday at 10:15 p.m. on failure to appear warrants from Lafayette Parish on charges of DWI, reckless operation, failure to signal and open alcohol container. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Rochelle Darby, 40, of Isabella Street, Franklin, Friday at 2:11 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of promethazine and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Rickey Webster, 54, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:23 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple burglary and criminal damage to property. He was held on $7,500 bond.
Kenneth Smith, 54, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:53 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, remaining where forbidden and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
Megan Spincken, 22, of Arnaudville, was arrested Friday at 3:09 p.m. on charges of four counts of possession of a legend drug without a prescription. She was held on $2,000 bond.
