Police Reports 12-16-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Christin Blanchard, 27, of Chauvin, was arrested Monday at 3:45 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of codeine, possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Marley R. Madise, 24, of 308 Union St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 9:02 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Dexter Billiot, 23, of 320 Southwest Blvd., Bayou Vista, Monday at 9:03 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled danger substance, violation of a drug free zone and transactions involving drug proceeds. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Jonathan Guidry, 30, of Abbeville, today at 2 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, domestic abuse battery and driving under suspension, as well as a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with driving under suspension and speeding. No bond was set.
Charmaine Scott, 37, of Abbeville, was arrested in the same incident on charges of disturbing the peace and domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Destiny Darby, 18, of Pluto Street, Bayou Vista, Monday at 4:10 p.m. on a charge of theft under $500. Darby was released on $1,000 bond.
Christopher Verrett, 32, of Barrow Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:36 a.m. on charges of possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of Xanax and tramadol, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
