Police Reports 12-22-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Michael S. Ryan, 36, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 8:43 a.m. on charges of two counts of resisting an officer with force or violence. No bond was set.
Quetzel Montoya Rangel, 26, and Salvador Montoya Rangel, 44, both of 101 Martin Lane, Amelia, were arrested Friday at 5:35 p.m. on charges of possession of cocaine and unlawful possession of fraudulent documents. Both were held with no bonds set.
A deputy responded to a complaint of trespassing at the Berwick Boat Landing Saturday around noon. During the course of the investigation, the deputy made contact with eight subjects who were allegedly hunting on private property located out of the Berwick Boat Landing. Arrested on charges of criminal trespassing were:
Clay B. Elliot, 56, of Bayou L’Ourse; Jimmie R. Rulf, 52, of Bayou L’Ourse; Ryan P. Boudreaux, 19, of Morgan City; Williams Durocher, 33, of Thibodaux; David Aucoin, 33, of Bayou L’Ourse; Ashton Leger, 24, of Amelia; Charles Cortez, 58, of Bayou L’Ourse and Thomas Ramagos, 43, of Thibodaux. All were released on summonses.
Felicia Young, 43, of 1027½ Ciro St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 12:28 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Deron Bourgeois, 33, of Caesar Lane, Franklin, Saturday at 1:35 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal neglect of family. He was held on $6,425 bond.
Zuanita Chartain, 22, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:48 p.m. on a warrant on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and was released on $250 bond.
Jonelle Waltman, 49, of Church Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 11:58 p.m. on a charge of possession of a legend drug without a prescription and a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding, stop sign violation and no driver’s license. Bond was set at $5,385.
Clarence Vappie, 22, of Sansue Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:19 p.m. on charges of DWI and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Raven Vilo, 22, of Washington Street, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 6:20 a.m. on a charge of speeding and a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and failure to honor a written promise. Vilo was released on $250 bond for local charges and $349 bond for district court.
Courtney Dupas, 31, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:01 p.m. on a warrant on charges of with hit and run and reckless operation. Dupas was also charged with possession of heroin and open alcohol container and held with no bond set.
Cheddric Roberson, 35, of Bigler Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:58 p.m. on charges of possession of heroin, careless operation, no driver’s license and misrepresentation during booking. No bond was set.
