Police Reports 12-3-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24 hours:
Desmond Francis, 26, of 10723 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6 a.m. on warrants charging him with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and aggravated battery. He was released on a $3,000 bond.
Walter Howard, 28, of 504 Williams St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 4:26 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension and speeding. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
