Police Reports 12-4-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joseph Andrews, 35, of 501 Roderick St, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a suspended license. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Justin Tessitore, 33, of Hammond, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property. He was released on a recognizance bond.
Rendaryl Jordan, 18, of 115 Ronald Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. He was later released on a summons to appear in court.
Mary F. Nelson, 42, of 1019 Belanger St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday on charges of criminal trespass and disturbing the peace. Nelson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Glen Rochel Jr., 32, of 135 Laura St, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of simple assault and telephone harassment. He was released on a summons to appear to court.
Kelly Kendall, 23, of 1517 Canal Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 10:16 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids and drug paraphernalia, and on a warrant charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $12,662.27.
Joseph Williams, 26, of 271 Grandwood Drive, Apt 42, Patterson, was arrested today, on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license, no seatbelt, expired motor vehicle inspection, speeding, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license, simple battery and aggravated assault. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
A juvenile male, 16, of Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 9:39 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace at the St. Mary Parish Alternative School. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
The sheriff’s Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Wanya Francis, 20, of 1503 Live Oak St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 11 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Robert Johnson Jr., 27, of 1405 First St, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 12:51 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tommy Morgan, 25, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 11:45 a.m. on a warrant charging him with theft of goods and on additional charges of threatening a public official, resisting an officer with force, and resisting an officer.
Bond had not been set as of this morning.
