Police Reports 2-1-16
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Joshua Boudreaux, 30, of Cypress Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:02 p.m. and charged on a warrant charging him with possession of Schedule II narcotics (methamphetamine). No bond was set.
Sean Johnson, 43, of Eagle Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:02 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer (=by providing false information. Johnson was also arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and speeding. Johnson was held on $2,500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Herman Wagner Jr., 72, of 607 Cypremort Road, Cypremort Point, was arrested Friday at 11:10 a.m. and charged a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, careless operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to honor written promise to appear, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, height of vehicle and failure to honor written promise to appear. Wagner was released on a summons.
Brandi Hebert, 35, of 108 West Side Park Lane, Amelia was arrested Friday at 11:08 a.m. and charged on a warrant for simple battery. Hebert was released on a summons.
Edward C. Francois, 33, 919½ Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 11:54 a.m. and charged on two Houma City Court warrants for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle with an expired driver’s license and improper left turn at intersection. No bail was set.
Jolene R. Guillory, 40, of 2815 Third St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 9:54 p.m. and charged on a Patterson police Department warrant for aggravated second degree battery with medical attention and simple battery. Guillory was released after posting $3,000 bond.
Alfred Turner, 30, of 100 Chateau Court, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 10:28 p.m. and charged with no license plate light and driving under suspension. Turner was released on a summons.
Kirk P. Chaisson, 56, of 417 Southwest Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 8:49 a.m. and charged for possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of Schedule IV drugs. Chaisson was released on a $2,500 bond.
Tommy McNally, 45, of 1309 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 3:22 p.m. and charged with a warrant for domestic abuse battery strangulation. No bail was set.
Jerrence Ford Sr., 27, of 107 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 8:05 p.m. and charged with resisting an officer by force. No bail was set.
Rowen B. Marks, 35, of 109 Rose Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 8:32 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. No bail was set.
Eugene L. Green, V, 36, of 77½ Lee St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:41 p.m. and charged on a warrant for domestic abuse battery and criminal damage to property. No bail was set.
Tarell R. Boulanger, 24, of 1412 Hickory St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 1:13 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, flight from an officer and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
Leslie J. Matthews, 40, of 178 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 4:58 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of altering a prescription for a controlled dangerous substance. The deputy located Matthews at a medical facility in Morgan City and transported her to the parish jail for booking.
Gregory Payne, 40, of 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 9:40 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Herman J. Butler, 28, of Berwick, was additionally charged Thursday at 4:51 p.m. on warrants for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile, violation of a CDS law (drug free zone) and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Butler was already incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Dametrus Perro, 29, of Jena Street, Charenton, was arrested Friday and charged with telephone harassment. No bond was set.
Kenneth Sanders, 29, of Harvey, and Emmerson Jones, 34, of Bridge City, Texas, were arrested Saturday and charged with unauthorized use of a state issued ID to enter a gaming facility. Both were released on a summons.
