Police Reports 2-13-17

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Gregory O’Howell, 40, of Meralto, Calif., was arrested Friday at 11:59 a.m. on warrants charging him with violation of probation on charges of DWI, criminal trespassing, aggravated battery, possession of stolen things and unauthorized use of a vehicle. No bond was set.
Shawn Robinson, 23, of 282 Eves St., Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 12:26 p.m. on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.
Edward Stanley, 61, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 1:11 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of hydrocodone and Xanax. Bond is $3,000.
Kane Smith, 19, of 1600 Maple St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 1:59 a.m. on charges of improper lane use, possession of marijuana and klonopin with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Tarlton Nico, 58, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 9:53 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of driving under suspension and failure to report an accident. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Cecilia Forteza, 52, of 303 Union St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 3:22 a.m. charges of careless operation with accident and DWI. Forteza was released to appear in court.
Colby Spain, 33, of 416 Robertson St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3 a.m. on charges of DWI, open alcohol container, improper lane use and driving under suspension. He was released on $4,500 bond.
Melissa Adams, 28, of 222 Haney St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 2:31 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on a summons.
Marvin Machado, 36, of 111 Chirpy’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 7:04 p.m. on charges of DWI, improper lane use, open alcohol container and no driver’s license. He was released on $3,500 bond.
