Police Reports 2-19-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Melvin Sylvester, 54, of 1412 James St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 1:45 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of stolen things and theft. No bond was set.
Brett LeBoeuf, 19, of 1700 Dale St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 3:43 a.m. on charges of flight from an officer, reckless operation of a vehicle and speeding. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Isaac Romero, 20, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 2:48 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on a summons.
Timothy Van Troung, 20, of 160 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 6:30 p.m. on charges of hit and run and no driver’s license. He was released on a summons.
Garret Martin, 24, of 1753 La. 82, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:26 p.m. on charges of DWI and resisting an officer. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Steven Crawford, 43, of 812 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 9:21 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on a summons.
Malissa Gill, 25, of 143 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 10:07 a.m. on charges of possession of Schedule IV drugs and entering contraband into a penal institution. She was also charged on a warrant with second degree battery and a failure to appear warrant on a traffic violation. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Yamalys Marsh, 24, of 464 Verdun Lane, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 10:47 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on a summons.
Fonzie Wade, 39, of 143 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 10:08 a.m. on a charges of possession of Schedule IV drugs. No bond was set.
Eric Lusco, 23, of Houma, was arrested Monday at 10:03 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and released on a summons.
Wayne Hill, 55, of 116 Odile Lane, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 10:32 p.m. on a charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. No bond was set.
Wendell Auguster Jr., 24, of Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday at 4:50 p.m. on charges of flight from an officer, reckless operation, open alcohol container and driving under suspension. He was released on $16,250 bond.
Taylor Joseph Davis, 18, of 124 Natalie Lane, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 2:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal trespassing, disturbing the peace and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Bond was set at $6,500.
Troy Benoit, 51, of 133 CJC Lane, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 4:28 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jakkia Dalcour, 24, of 623 Williams St., Morgan City, Wednesday at 5:18 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Gerald Sophus, 25, of Samuel Street, Franklin, Friday at 9:47 a.m. on a warrant charging him with driving under suspension. He was released on $2,000 bond.
Romandrye Polidore, 17, of A Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:26 a.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on a $500 bond.
Brian James, 36, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:50 p.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of simple battery and aggravated assault. He was released on $3,000 bond.
Demesha Gaines, 23, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:32 p.m. on a warrant charge of simple criminal damage to property and released on $1,000 bond.
Jasreal James, 30, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 10:25 a.m. on warrants charging him with forgery and theft, and was released on $4,500 bond.
Dominique Massey, 22, of Chadwick Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 1:55 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of no driver’s license and no seat belt and released on $180 bond.
Cha’Kira Tillman, 20, of Jacob Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:32 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $500 bond.
Tauntiea Brown, 18, of Main Street, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:32 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $500 bond.
Wendell Auguster, whose arrest was reported by the Sheriff’s Office, and was also charged Tuesday at 4:50 p.m. by FPD with aggravated obstruction of a highway, six counts of stop sign and yield sign violations, careless operation and driving under suspension. Bond for Franklin was set at $15,475.
Barry Jackson, 33, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:47 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on $250 bond.
Gerald Randle Jr., 31, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6:01 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, reckless operation and second offense possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.
John Nash, 21, of Eisenhower Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:32 p.m. on charges of headlight violation and DWI. He was released on $2,150 bond.
