Police Reports 2-24-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Janna Enright, 28, of 104 Chris Lane, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 4:02 p.m. on charges of theft and illegal possession of stolen things. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Andre Broussard Jr., 22, of Broussard, was arrested Friday at 11:23 a.m. on Baldwin warrants charging him with aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal carrying of weapons and resisting an officer by flight. He was released on $11,000 bond.
Lawrence Blackburn, 36, of 1140 Grace St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 2:26 p.m. on a Morgan City warrant charging him with simple rape. He was released on $10,000 bond.
Patricia V. Thomas, 41, of 320 Bowman St., Morgan Cty, was arrested Friday at 3:23 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of DWI, improper lane use, failure to use seatbelt and disturbing the peace. Bond is set at $5,100.
Roderick A. Hunter, 32, of 175 Shade Grove Road, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 4:57 p.m. on three warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. He was held on $300,000 bond.
Kenneth Hamilton III, 26, of 560 Bayou Boeuf St., Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 12:28 a.m. on charges of battery on a police officer, resisting an officer with force, criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace intoxicated, criminal damage to property and a failure to appear warrant on charges of careless operation and expired license plate. No bond was set.
John Finnister V, 20, of 104 Chris Lane, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 11:45 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing, theft of copper or other metals, illegal possession of stolen things and a warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a movable. No bond was set.
A juvenile female, 15, of Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 2:37 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Harry D. Johnson, 35, of 421½ Sixth St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:30 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of operating a vehicle without proper lights and driving under suspension. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Lauren McCoy, 25, of Darcey Road, Apt. 10, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:58 p.m. on charges of Schedule I drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and a vehicle lights violation. She was released on a recognizance bond.
Roy Marks Jr., 45, of 166 Fortier Circle, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 2:33 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and was released on $500 bond.
Douglas Olander, 44, of 459 Alice B. Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 8:35 a.m. on a leash law violation. He was released on a summons.
Grace Loustalot, 24, of 1209 Cayce St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:45 p.m. on charges of theft of copper or other metals and criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
Brenda L. Waters, 48, of 215 North Verret St., Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 7:28 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and was released on $500 bond.
A juvenile male, age 15, of Charenton, was arrested Thursday on a charge of simple battery. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Joshua F. Pellissier, 28, of 183 Aucoin St., Amelia, Friday at 3:49 p.m. on warrants charging him with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Robert Breaux Jr., 30, of Sterling Road, Franklin, Friday at 2:07 p.m. on a charge of probation violation. He was held on $5,000 bond.
Michael Jack, 42, of La. 83, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 1:38 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $250 bond.
