Police Reports 2-28-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Michael L. Raymond Jr., 35, of 208 Kathleen St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 8:26 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Eric Fontenot, 56, of 627 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 9:01 a.m. on a Patterson warrant charging him with stalking. No bond was set.
Floyd Polidore Jr., 30, of 612 St. John St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:05 a.m. on warrants charging him with failure to register and notify as a sex offender and failure to obtain a sex offender identification card. No bond was set.
Jessie M. Murdock, 59, of 511 St. Nicholas St., Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 12:58 p.m. on warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.
Sadie Percle, 21, of 1106 Chester Bowles St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 12:21 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was released on $1,500 bond.
Lucas Lang, 25, and Morgan Stewart, 23, both of 108 Timothy St., Pierre Part, were arrested Thursday at 5:09 p.m. on charges of theft of goods. Lang was also charged with a failure to appear warrant on charges of seatbelt violation, open alcohol container and driving under suspension. Stewart was released on a summons and Lang was released on $2,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Justin R. Sons, 24, of 427 Park St., Patterson, Thursday at 9:16 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession in the presence of a minor, abuse of toxic vapors, no driver’s license and failure to signal. No bond was set.
Jessica D. Brown, 21, of Raceland, was arrested Thursday at 9:16 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, drug paraphernalia, possession in the presence of a juvenile, obstruction of justice and abuse of toxic vapors. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Antoine Webb, 31, of Ninth Street, Franklin, Thursday at 8:22 a.m. on an Iberia Parish failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and no driver’s license and a Terrebonne Parish failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and no driver’s license. He was charged by Franklin Police with no driver’s license and speeding. He was turned over to Iberia Parish after posting an $858 bond on Franklin charges.
Michael Darby, 55, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:46 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $250 bond.
Charles Brown Jr., 41, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:46 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $250 bond.
Marvilla Lawrence, 19, of Crowley, was arrested Thursday at 2:50 p.m. on a 15th Judicial District Court warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of harassing phone calls. She was held for transfer.
Alonzo Alexander, 33, of Bud Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:26 p.m. on charges of terrorizing, domestic battery, three counts of resisting an officer with force, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, simple escape, violation of a protective order, criminal trespassing and illegal carrying of a weapon. No bond was set.
Jason Copper, 36, of Railroad Avenue, Lot 2, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:37 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. No bond was set.
