Police Reports 2-29-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Schuyler Williams, 24, of 1710 Harry D. St., Lot #10, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 10:11 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to maintain special identification card as a sex offender. No bail was set.
Ivy Hebert Jr., 22, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:13 p.m. and charged failure to appear warrants on the charges of expired motor vehicle inspection and improper lane usage, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine, illegal use, possession, control of weapons, crime of violence, CDS; possession of hydrocodone, possession of clonazepam, possession distribution sale of legend drug without a prescription, and possession of amphetamine; a warrant for failure to appear on the charges possession of methamphetamine, illegal use, possession or control of weapons – crime of violence CDS; possession of hydrocodone, possession of clonazepam; possession, distribution or sale of legend drug without a prescription; and possession of amphetamine. No bail was set.
Daniel Scully, 41, of 618 Belanger St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 7:25 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace (intoxicated) and criminal trespass. Scully was released on a summons to appear in court.
David J. Ray, 21, of Pierre Part, was arrested Saturday at 12:02 a.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle. Ray was released on a summons to appear in court.
Joel Bullock Jr., 49, of 169 Elaine St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 1:47 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace (fighting). Bullock was released on a summons to appear in court.
Shenna Hebert, 31, of 107 Ryne Court, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 1:47 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace (fighting). Hebert was released on a summons to appear in court.
Dallas Brown, 22, of 613 Peqout Creek Road, Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 4:39 a.m. and charged with hit and run driving. He was released on a summons to appear in court.
Leslie Matthews, 41, of 178 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 6:56 a.m. and charged on four warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. No bail was set.
Leigh M. Welch, 35, of Lafayette, was arrested Saturday at 8:05 p.m. and charged for driving while intoxicated, speeding and improper lane usage. No bail was set.
Kahydeisha L. Wesley, 22, of 354 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:09 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle and resisting a police officer. Wesley was released on a $1,500 bond.
Dorian Kennedy, 35, of Luling, was arrested Monday at 12:49 a.m. and charged with the following offenses: possession of Schedule I, violation of a uniform controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone), warrant for domestic abuse battery (strangulation) and aggravated assault and on a warrant from Lafourche Parish warrant for contempt of court. No bail was set.
Juan Santiago, 34, of Houma, was arrested Monday at 3:55 a.m. and charged with the following offenses: speeding, unlawful production, manufacturing, distribution, or possession of fraudulent documents, possession of Schedule II (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia and no driver’s license. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Malik Parker, 19, of Caffery Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:42 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (synthetic cannabinoids) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, abuse of toxic vapors and keeping a disorderly place. Parker was processed and transported to LEC.
Debra Colbert, 42, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:55 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Colbert was processed and released on a $250 bond.
Bianca Charles, 21, of Labau Street, Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 6:59 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Charles was processed and released on a $318 bond.
Byron Wesley, 18, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:28 p.m. and charged with simple battery. Wesley was processed and held on a $500 bond.
