Police Reports 3-2-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kaylesia Domingue, 38, of 1036 Cayce St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:29 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
John Tardy, 50, of 156 Georgetown Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:51 p.m. on charges of flight from an officer, open alcohol container, criminal trespassing, driving under suspension, simple obstruction of a highway, and failure to appear warrants on charges of speeding, driving under suspension, failure to return a leased movable and issuing worthless checks. He was held on $11,300 bond.
Samuel Franco-Guevaro, 27, of 443 Grout St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 11:07 p.m. on charges of DWI, no driver’s license and improper lane use. No bond was set.
Anthony Jackson, 22, of 2318 Cypress St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 8:28 a.m. on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of unauthorized use of an access card. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Heather Lacoste, 31, of Heflin, La., was arrested Saturday at 10:57 p.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
David Dugas, 50, of Rayne, was arrested Sunday at 10:40 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and released on a summons.
Jasmane Gabriel, 22, of 314 Sorrell Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 10:40 p.m. on a charge of issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Colby Spain, 31, of Robertson Street, Franklin, Saturday at 11:38 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license and open alcohol container. He was released on $320 bond.
Tyrone Freeman, 46, of La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:43 a.m. on a charge of resisting an officer by flight and warrants charging him with two counts of resisting an officer by flight and criminal trespassing. He was held on $3,500 bond.
Jeremy Randle, 27, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:10 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and held on $500 bond.
Stephanie Hall, 25, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:59 p.m. on a charge of second offense domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
