Police Reports 3-9-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A juvenile male, 11, of Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:59 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Anthony Pennison, 43, of 100 Lori Lane, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 6:25 p.m. on charges of simple battery and disturbing the peace. He was released on a summons.
Trey Breaux, 23, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 2:27 p.m. on charges of threatening a public official and disturbing the peace by language and noise. Bond was set at $1,500.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Ashanta August, 17, of 305 Belanger St., Morgan City, Friday at 4:02 p.m. on a warrant charging August with possession of marijuana. August was released on a summons.
Addie Guidry, 36, of 1915 River Lot, Lot 10, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 12:55 p.m. on a charge of possession of Gabapentin without a prescription and a warrant on charges of possession of Xanax and Gabapentin without a prescription. No bond was set.
Eric Driskill, 39, of 3107 Second St,. Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 7:21 p.m. on charges of possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of Oxycodone, possession of Folbee without a prescription, possession of Subutex, violation of a drug free zone, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Mary Driskill, 59, of 3107 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 7:21 p.m. on charges of possession of meth, possession of Oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone, possession of Subutex and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Gary Driskill, 62, of 3107 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 7: 21 p.m. on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone, possession of Subutex and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Kathryn Vines, 42, of 3107 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 7:21 p.m. on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone, possession of Subutex and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police reported the arrest of Kane Thomas, 26, of Charenton, Saturday at 3:23 a.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. No bond was st.
Joshua Babineaux, 25, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 12:16 a.m. on a charge of criminal neglect of family and was released on a summons.
Andrew Switzer, 24, of Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 12:45 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bond was set.
Dustin Bonin, 27, and Scott Luquette, 37, both of New Iberia, were arrested Sunday at 2 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and were released on summons.
Johnathan Russo, 26, of Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 3:11 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, disturbing the peace intoxicated and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of LaShaun Ruffin, 36, of Liner Street, Franklin, Saturday at 5:18 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $500 bond.
Marjorie Ruffin, 25, of O’Neal Chube Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:26 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and was released on $500 bond.
