Police Reports 4-11-16

Chief Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Tyler James Archon, 21, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday and charged with three counts of simple burglary and two counts of hit and run driving. He was incarcerated at the parish jail.
Bree Hebert, 18, of Broussard, was arrested Saturday and charged with unlawful playing of gaming devices by a person under 21 and released on a summons.
Natalie St. Claire Rader, 27 of Broussard, was arrested Saturday and charged with remaining or entry after being forbidden and released on a summons.
Amy E. Delcambre, 36, of Broussard, was arrested Saturday and charged with simple battery and released on a summons.
Warren Lockette, 29, of Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday and charged with possession of Schedule I with the intent to distribute. He was incarcerated at the parish jail.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tommy L. Harding Jr., 27, of 137 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 12:18 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and reckless operation of a vehicle. He was released on a recognizance bond.
Roosevelt Robertson, 62, of Thibodaux, was arrested Friday at 2:02 p.m. and charged for proper equipment required, improper lane usage and driver must be licensed. Robertson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Florence Alvis, 54, of Thibodaux, was arrested Friday at 2:04 p.m. and charged for possession of marijuana. Alvis was released on a summons to appear in court.
Bronson Loring, of Gray, was arrested Friday at 3:10 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of not abiding by the rules and regulations of a wildlife management area. Loring was booked into the parish jail and later released on a $400 bond.
Courtnie L. Chenevert, 33, of 2208 Keith St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 5:23 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license, speeding and no seatbelt. Chenevert was released on a $6,000 recognizance bond.
Brandon Davis, 37, of 1201 Willow St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:19 a.m. and charged on three warrants from the Franklin Police Department for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless operation of a vehicle, and driving under suspension. No bail is set.
Paulino Lopez-Garcia, 31, of 607 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 2:19 a.m. and charged for the following offenses: reckless operation of a vehicle, driver must be licensed, possession of (open) alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles and a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of flight from an officer, speeding, expired motor vehicle inspection, and operating a vehicle without a driver’s license. No bail was set.
Henry J. Caballero-Melendez, 24, of 28 Odile St., Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 2:31 a.m. and charged for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driver must be licensed and lighted lamps required. No bail was set.
Jasmine R. McCoy, 22, of 1006 Iberia St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:07 a.m. and charged for failure to report an accident and resisting an officer. McCoy was released on a summons to appear in court.
Corey Mire, 28, of 101 Southwest Rd. Lot #2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 11:22 a.m. and charged with condition of windshield, driving under suspension, no motor vehicle insurance and possession of legend drug without a prescription. No bail was set.
Tayler Davis, 17, of 1601 Cross Road #2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and charged on a warrant for criminal damage to property. Davis was released on a summons to appear in court.
Lazin McDaniel, 39, of 102 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 1:26 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension, possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles and on a warrant from Franklin Police for home invasion. McDaniel was released after posting $26,500 bond.
Corey W. Stone, 34, of Freeport, Texas, was arrested Sunday at 10:26 a.m. and charged on a warrant for fraudulent acquisition of a rental motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a moveable. No bail was set.
Erica Alexander, 33, of 121 Guzzetta St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 7:45 p.m. and charged with theft of goods. Alexander was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Damien Hale, 26, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:06 p.m. on charges of obscenity and placed on a probation hold. Hale was processed and held with no bond set.
Brandon Davis, 37, of Willow Street, Franklin, while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, was arrested Saturday on warrants charging him with simple criminal damage to property, reckless operation of a vehicle, suspended driver’s license, no insurance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Davis was processed and remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Morris Thibeaux, 60, of Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:25 a.m. for the charges of disturbing the peace by public intoxication and remaining where forbidden. Thibeaux was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
Johah Madison, 21, of Clark Street, Franklin, while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, was arrested Saturday at 8:14 a.m. on a warrant dated April 7, 2016, for battery on a police officer. Madison was processed and held with no bond set.
Lazine McDaniel Sr, 39, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:51 a.m. by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged on a warrant for the Franklin Police Department dated April 7, 2016, for the charge of home invasion. McDaniel was processed and held with no bond set.
