Police Reports 4-12-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
William Gober Jr., 60, of 1007 Micheal Drive, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 7:03 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass. Gober was issued a summons to appear in court.
Larry Welch, 34, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 1:36 a.m. and charged with speeding and driving under suspension. Welch was released on a summons to appear in court.
Brian K. Smith, 53, of 1035 Eagle St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:42 p.m. and charged with speeding and driving under suspension. Smith was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Shane Vallet, 23, of Oakdale Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:07 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery by strangulation. Vallet was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on the charges of cyberstalking, possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Vallet was processed and held with no bond set.
Wibray Dautain, 21, of Ferrett Street, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:13 p.m. and charged on a warrant on charge of principal to theft by shoplifting. Dautain was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Anthony Jordan Jr., 22, of Ronald Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 4:58 a.m. and charged on warrants for Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court for traffic violations. Jordan was processed and held with no bond set.
Ladarion Charles, 21, of Henkle Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 3:37 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Jeanerette City Court for failure to appear on the charge of registration certificates. Charles was processed and held on a $125 bond.
