Police Reports 4-19-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Morris Thibeaux, 60, of Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:03 p.m. for the charge of disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Thibeaux was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Clauderious Darby, 27, of Grace Street, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 8:41 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer and criminal trespassing. Darby was also arrested on a probation warrant. Darby was processed and held with no bond set.
Sylvia Depass, 59, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:51 p.m. for the charges of interfering with a law enforcement investigation, resisting an officer with force, disturbing the peace and remaining where forbidden. Depass was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Michael Jack, 44, of La. 83, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 10:34 p.m. for the charges of disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Jack was processed and held on a $500.
Matthew Gueinze, 25, of Darce Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:45 a.m. and charged on warrants on the charges of vicious dog ordinance and sanitation and cleaning of animals. Gueinze was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Johnell Smith, 56, of Myra Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:32 p.m. for the charge of disturbing the peace by loud and profane language. Smith was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Edward Delone, 42, of Carl C. Fouldcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:46 p.m. and charged on a warrant for the charge of theft by shoplifting; a warrant for the charge of theft by shoplifting; and a warrant, for the charge of theft by shoplifting. Delone was additional charged with criminal trespassing and resisting an officer. Delone was processed and held on a $5,000 bond.
Megan Mitchell, 25, of Perret Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:49 p.m. for the charge of domestic abuse battery-first offense. Mitchell was processed and released on a $1,500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Cole Fruge, 24, of 1302 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 9:15 a.m. and charged for domestic abuse batter, criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace. No bail was set.
Stephen Bias, 51, of 303 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 11:30 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of forgery and theft. No bail was set.
Eddie L. Brown, 43, of 1370 Joseph St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 6:58 p.m. and charged on a warrant for no seatbelt, driving under suspension and resisting an officer. Bail was set at $2,250.
Jonah Madison, 21, of Franklin, was additionally charged Friday with two counts of battery of a correctional facility employee and criminal damage to property. Madison remains incarcerated.
