Police Reports 4-2-15
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jessica J. Gollmer, 34, of Vidalia, was arrested Wednesday at 3:37 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of improper turn, no driver’s license, no registration, open alcohol container and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held on $4,500.
Own Plaisance, 49, of 506 Clark Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 8:40 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on $500 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest Iesha Davis, 24, of Cayce Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 9:49 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was held on $500 bond.
The following three arrests stem from a traffic stop in the area of Main Street and La. 3211. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle for reported improper display of a license plate. In the course of the investigation, narcotics were reportedly found in the vehicle:
Arrested Wednesday after 2 a.m. were:
Cherie Welch, 23, of Teche Court, Baldwin, on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Kyle Roy, 21, of Broussard, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, transactions involving proceeds from drug offense and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
Michelle Viator, 22, of New Iberia, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
