Police Reports 4-20-16
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Angelle Stansbury, 25, of Percy Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:20 p.m. by the Third Ward City Court Marshal’s Office on charges of one way roadway, stop sign violation, reckless operation of a vehicle and disturbing the peace by loud and profane language. Stansbury was processed and released on a $2,250 bond.
Aaron Bourque, 28, of Wilfred Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:52 p.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule I narcotics. Bourque was processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
Megan Parker, 29, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:32 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden and disturbing the peace. Parker was processed and released on a $750 bond.
Laura Newbaker, 32, of Lee Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of unauthorized use of an access card. Newbaker was also arrested on a warrant from Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of no seat belt. Newbaker was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division and Narcotics Division:
Joey Viltz, 51, of Jeanerette, was additionally charged with criminal damage to property Tuesday at 11:18 a.m. at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail was set.
Fred P. Kenner, 29, of 1012 Grace St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 6:40 p.m. and charged with resisting an officer, criminal trespass, littering, failure to appear warrants from the Morgan City Police Department on charges of battery on a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant charging him with probation violation. No bail was set.
Roseanna B. Lodrigue, 64, of 416 Leo St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 6:54 p.m. and charged with hit and run driving. Lodrigue was released on summons.
Darrel Riggins Jr., 26, of 1220 Columbus Ave., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 3:27 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Bail was set at $500.
Baldwin Police Chief Harry Smith Jr. reported the arrest of Melvin Cain, 59, of 411 Railroad Ave., Baldwin, on a charge of a stop sign violation. Bail was set at $100.
Darrell Bartley, 54, of 10625 La. 182, Baldwin, was arrested and charged for a seatbelt violation. Bartley paid a fine and was released.
Kaylin Driskill, 19, of 309 Joseph St., Baldwin, was arrested and charged and released on a summons and a $100 bond.
Lyndsey Millet, 20, of 104 Live Oak St., Baldwin, was arrested and charged and released on a summons with $100 bond.
