Police reports 4-23&24-14

Wednesday’s Report:
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Vanessa L. Clulee, 26, of 134 Todd Lane, Lot 31, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. on charges of theft of goods and resisting an officer. She was held on $2,000 bond.
Okello P. Wheeler, 22, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Tuesday at 3:54 p.m. on charges of failure to appear on charges of principal to attempted possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, principal to altering a prescription, possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Toby McCoy, 38, of Thibodaux, was arrested Tuesday at 9:05 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of a juvenile male, 16, of Berwick, Tuesday at 6:03 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a turn signal violation. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Jayquan Key, 20, of 708 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 6:04 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court, introduction of contraband into a jail and possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Joseph Perro, 24, of Third Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 1:33 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was held on $282 bond.
Galen Gaudet, 55, of Franklin, was arrested today at 1:13 a.m. on a charge of DWI, careless operation and no valid driver’s license. No bond was set.
Thursday’s Report:
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tiesha Carbins, 22, of 623 Seventy Nine Pines Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 12:21 p.m. on a charge of unauthorized use of a moveable. No bond was set.
Melanie A. Francis, 28, of 530 Garber St., No. 110, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 1:18 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. She was released on $1,500 bond.
Two juvenile males, both 16, of St. Joseph, were arrested Wednesday at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. One was charged with aggravated flight from an officer, reckless operation, aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce, speeding, improper lane use and no seatbelt. The second was charged with flight from an officer, no driver’s license, unauthorized use of a vehicle and criminal trespassing.
A deputy investigating a complaint of the unauthorized use of a vehicle located two male subjects traveling on Gumpoint Lane in the car that had been reported missing. The deputy initiated a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle failed to pull over. While following the vehicle, the deputy observed a passenger exit the car and run toward a sugar cane field. Another deputy responding to the area pursued the subject on foot and apprehended him. The subject driving the vehicle was taken into custody on Bray Lane. Both teens were released to guardians pending juvenile court proceedings.
Christina Creppel, 31, of Gray, was arrested Wednesday at 9:40 p.m. on charges of possession of a legend drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jarrell A. Gash, 26, of 609 Louisa St., Morgan City, Wednesday at 8:12 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone, possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of Schedule IV drugs and introduction of contraband into a jail.
Also arrested was Kimberly M. Mayon, 23, of 609 Louisa St., Morgan City, Wednesday at 8:12 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were held with no bond set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Trevis Ruffin, 21, of O’Neal Chube Drive, Franklin, Wednesday at 11:03 a.m. on a charge of resisting an officer. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Joseph Perro, 24, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:25 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of speeding. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Galen Gaudet, 55, of Franklin, was charged Wednesday at 4:43 a.m. with probation violation. No bond was set.
Ricky Parker, 26, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:58 p.m. on charges of reckless operation, stop sign violation, loud music and flight from an officer. He was released on $3,250 bond.
Jaquincy Mouton, 21, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:20 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
