Police Reports 4-4-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Eric L. Fontenot, 28, of Rayne, was arrested Thursday at 1:34 p.m. on charges of reckless operation, possession of Schedule IV drugs and possession of synthetic marijuana. No bond was set.
Addie Guidry, 35, of 2478 Sixth St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 6:51 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and was released on $1,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Charlie Williams Jr., 35, of Bayou Vista, Thursday at 11:26 a.m. on charges of no driver’s license, possession of synthetic marijuana, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and warrants charging him with domestic abuse battery, simple criminal damage to property, theft and theft of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
Quincy Johnson, 20, of 2618 Fifth St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 9:01 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia and four warrants charging him with failure to comply with the conditions of drug court. No bond was set.
Michael Hickson, 22, of 582 Young St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 7:04 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer by flight, disturbing the peace and a warrant charging him with failure to comply with the conditions of drug court. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Mark Thomas, 49, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, Thursday at 11:11 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. He was held on $10,000 bond.
Adam Randle, 31, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 5:40 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and remaining where forbidden. He was held on $750 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Wayne Smith, 31, of Jeanerette, Thursday at 11:45 a.m. on a warrant charging him with hit and run. He was released on a summons.
