Police Reports 4-8-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kaleb Gros, 17, of 154 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 1:45 p.m. on a charge of simple burglary. No bond was set.
Brendon J. Comeaux, 21, of 612 Robert St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:26 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs, careless operation of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension. Bond was set at $3,500.
Sedric T. Edison, 47, of 8516 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:29 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery and theft. No bond was set.
Jose Misael De Dios, 23, of Houston, was arrested Saturday at 4:23 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, unlawful possession of fraudulent documents and resisting an officer by giving false information. No bond was set.
Earl Williams, 31, of New Orleans, and Savannah Briley, 27, of Marrero, were arrested Saturday at 1:21 p.m. on charges of theft of goods. No bonds were set.
Randy A. Brown, 41, of 128 Jolivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 9:17 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was held on $5,000 bond.
Thomas Rosamond, 23, of 2616 Dalbor St., Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 2:12 a.m. on charges of carless operation, no driver’s license on person and DWI. No bond was set.
Angel Aguilera, 25, of 136 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 4:51 a.m. on a charge of second degree battery. No bond was set.
Dylan Pittman, 23, of 806 Belanger St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 6:52 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Khyrri M. Davies, 24, of 828 Park St., Apt. 66, of Patterson, and Lendell A. Riles, 24, of 521 Tiffany St., Patterson, were arrested Sunday at 11:18 a.m. on charges of sexual acts prohibited in public. A deputy working with trustees at Kemper Williams Park on a trash detail reportedly found that an inmate, Riles, had left his assigned area. The deputy located Riles a short distance away inside a vehicle committing a sexual act with Davies. Riles and Davies were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bonds are set.
Amy Gentry, 33, of 1201 Spruce St., Apt. 202, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 2:48 p.m. on charges of theft of goods, criminal trespassing and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods. No bond was set.
Edward Chapman, 49, of 322 Glenwood St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 9:45 p.m. on three warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.
Gathier B. Lewis, 50, 767 Pepper Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 12:16 a.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
A juvenile male, 11, of Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 3:14 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released to guardians pending juvenile court proceedings.
Ryan Bowman, 19, of 442 Lagonda Road, Morgan City, and Ryan Boudreaux, 19, of 3028 Lesley Drive, Morgan City, were arrested Sunday at 11:59 p.m. on charges of accessory after the fact of simple burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested were Remington Dubois, 18, of 14 Henry St., Patterson, and Callen Richard, 17, of 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, at 2:06 a.m. Monday on charges of simple burglary.
A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle burglary in progress at a residence on Degravelle Road in Amelia. Upon arrival the deputy observed a pick-up truck travelling away from the residence at a high rate of speed and stopped the vehicle. The deputy made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle identified as Bowman and Boudreaux. During the course of the investigation the deputy determined that Bowman and Boudreaux dropped off two other subjects with the intent of burglarizing a vehicle. The deputy identified the two subjects as Dubois and Richard. The deputy located the subjects on La. 182. All four subjects were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration
Gregory P. Bell, 40, of 521½ Bush St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 12:12 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, resisting an officer, speeding and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Jerret C. Cortez, 25, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Monday at 3:03 p.m. on a charge of resisting arrest and a warrant charging him with theft. Bond was set at $2,000.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Kaleb Gros, 17, of 154 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, Friday at 1:45 p.m. on warrants charging him with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Shaneka Kemp Webb, 28, of 458 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Friday at 2:50 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of juveniles and four warrants charging her with failure to comply with the conditions of drug court. No bond was set.
Daryl Hubert, 47, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Monday at 11:42 a.m. on a charge of obtaining a prescription by fraud. No bond was set.
Amy Grow, 32, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Monday at 4:29 p.m. on a warrant charging her with third offense possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Alton Kemp Jr., no age given, of 490 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Monday at 5:49 p.m. on charges of possession of crack cocaine, possession in the presence of a juvenile and warrants charging him with attempted second degree murder and failure to appear. No bond was set.
Anna Scott, 44, of 1206 Clements Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 8:04 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession in the presence of a juvenile and violation of a drug free zone. She was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Aries Keal, 30, of Kerry Lane, Charenton, Monday at 10:56 a.m. on a warrant charging him with hit and run, driving under suspension and criminal mischief by filing a false report. He was released on $2,500 bond.
