Police Reports 4-9-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Michael Hawkins, 54, of 1424 Live Oak St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 1:18 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods. No bond was set.
A juvenile male, 15, of Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 2:38 p.m. on a charge of ungovernable simple and criminal damage to property and was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Jermaine Keys, 39, of 131 Aucoin Road, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 3:24 p.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, simple criminal damage to property and theft. No bond was set.
Kenneth R. Hamilton, 27, of 143 Boeuf St., Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 3:46 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of resisting an officer with force or violence, simple criminal damage to property, battery on an officer and disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jerry Landerman, 47, of 20189 La. 182 Jeanerette, Wednesday at 6:53 p.m. on charges of speeding, open alcohol container, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. No bond information was available.
Acting Chitimacha Police Chief Ellen Hebert reported the arrest of Brent Darden, 29, of Charenton, Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt of court. No bond was set.
Katelyn Bourque, 19, of Loureauville, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of disturbing the peace and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Christopher Hebert, 37, of Iota, La., Wednesday at 10:26 a.m. on charges of obscenity and careless operation. Officers responded to a complaint of a driver entering Franklin that was allegedly doing obscene sexual actions while driving. Hebert was released on a $16,500 bond.
Clayton Tardy Jr., 54, of Julivet St., Franklin, was arrested today at 6:09 a.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of no insurance and no driver’s license. He was held on $360 bond.
