Police Reports 5-10-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division and Narcotics Division:
Caleb Landry, 17, of 323 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 10:30 a.m. and charged on a warrant for misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Landry was released after posting $1,500 bond.
Jonah Madison, 21, of Franklin was additionally charged with two counts of battery on a correctional facility employee Monday at 3:33 p.m. No bail was set.
Sierra Vincent, 27, of 121 Oak St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:39 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II (Lortab), possession of Schedule IV (Xanax), transactions involving drug proceeds and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Kevin Armelin, 28, of Georgetown Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:34 p.m. on charges of vehicle burglary and possession of Schedule I narcotics-third offense. Armelin was processed and held with no bond set.
Javantrae Jackson, 21, of Becnel Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:05 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Jackson was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Vincent Coleman, 23, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:45 p.m. while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center and charged on warrants charging him with unauthorized entry of a railroad property and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
