Police Reports 5-15-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Two boys ages 14 and 15 were arrested at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday on charges of simple battery after an alleged fight at B.E. Boudreaux Middle School. Both juveniles were released to guardians pending court proceedings.
Cotina P. Rink, 38, of 221 Jennie Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 9:25 a.m. on a warrant charging her with theft by fraud. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
Donovan Mabile, 30, of Plattenville, was arrested Wednesday at 12:58 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under suspension. Mabile was released on a $2,500 bond.
Brandi D. Anthony, 38, of 1521 Fairview St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 6:46 p.m. on charges of theft of goods and remaining where forbidden. She was later released on a $1,500 bond.
Jamie Jacobs, 28, of 425A Nolan Duchane Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 10:15 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving on the right side of the road, failure to use seatbelts, unregistered vehicle, switched license plate and failure to honor written promise to appear. She was later released on a $399.50 bond.
Destanie Daigle, 23, of 1468 Fairmont Ave., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 10:18 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Deshawn Moore, 18, of 1015 Railroad Ave., Morgan City, was arrested today at 2:51 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,000.
Charlene R. Loston, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 5 p.m. on a charge of resisting an officer. She was later released on a $1,000 bond.
Michael Thibodeaux, 38, of 815 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:21 p.m. on a warrant on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons to appear in court.
Rhonda L. Lodrigue, 37, of 125 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:39 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Ron Madison, 38, of Rosebud Street, Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:36 a.m., by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office on a warrant held by the FPD charging him with theft. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Linda Nerve, 61, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:05 a.m., on a warrant charging her with remaining where forbidden. She was released on a summons..
Vanessa Ina, 47, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:41 a.m., on a warrant charging her with simple criminal damage to property and simple battery. She was released on a $1,500 bond.
Richard Randall, 47, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:07 p.m., on a warrant charging him with simple battery. Randall was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Vertress Loston, 35, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:13 p.m., through a joint investigation with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office, and charged with no seat belt, no driver’s license, possession of heroin and possession of hydrocodone with intent to distribute. Loston was also arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on a charge of domestic abuse battery. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
