Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Craig Gant, 23, of Caffery Street, Franklin, today at 12:08 a.m. on charges of no turn signal, open alcohol container, no insurance, second offense possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of Alprazolam. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
