Police Reports 5-16-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Jeremy Randle, 28, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:08 p.m. and charged on a warrant for the charge of theft by shoplifting. Randle was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Terrance Clark, 28, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:46 p.m. and charged on a warrant for the charge of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Clark was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Javantre Jackson, 21, of Becnel Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday for the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and resisting an officer. Jackson was processed and held on a $1,500 bond.
Patsy Durocher, 31, of Missouri Street, Morgan City, was arrested by the Morgan City Police Department Wednesday at 8:18 p.m. and charged on warrants for the charges of simple battery and driving under suspension. Durocher was processed and held on a $1,500 bond.
Aaron Bourque, 28, of Wilfred Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:33 p.m. for the charges of stop sign violation-two counts, careless operation, aggravated obstruction of a highway commerce, possession of Schedule II narcotics (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing and theft of goods under $100. Bourque was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on a $25,000 bond.
Tony Gibson, 51, of Martin Luther King Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 11:49 p.m. for the charge of hit and run. Gibson was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Jaclyn Rodriguez, 26, of La. 83, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:01 p.m. and charged on warrants for Jeanerette City Court for the charge of failure to appear on the charges of speeding, expired license plate and speeding. Rodriguez was processed and released to the Jeanerette Police Department.
Jamal White, 33, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 11:57 p.m. for the charges of possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana), first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia- first offense. White was processed and released on a $3,500 bond.
Zack Zirlott, 21, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 3:38 a.m. for the charges of driving while intoxicated- first offense, simple criminal damage to property and careless operation. Zirlott was processed and held with no bond set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Harold J. Mcnett Jr., 30, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 2:37 p.m. and charged a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding, driving under suspension, and expired motor vehicle inspection and a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, speeding, expired motor vehicle inspection and illegal window tint. Bail is set at $3,803.
Tormichael Provost, 35, New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 2:38 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and no driver’s license. Bail is set at $1,298.
Sheila Smith, 55, of 1013 A St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:14 p.m. and charged on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons to appear in court.
Michael W. Martin, 33, of 3510 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 1:15 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. No bail was set.
Todd Girardeau, 54, New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 6:39 p.m. and charged with improper backing with a crash and no insurance. Girardeau was released on a summons to appear in court.
Chad M. Couvillier, 43, New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 3:21 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass, illegal possession of stolen things and possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Couvillier was released on a $1,250 bond.
Jose M. Bibian, 29, of 156 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 8:25 p.m. and charged for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bibian was released on a summons to appear in court.
Luis Cerritos, 23, of 187 Odile St., Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 8:25 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Cerritos was released on a summons to appear in court.
Brianna Stewart, 19, of 416 Broussard St., Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 8:52 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Stewart was released on a summons to appear in court.
Kenya Ruffin, 22, of 330 Leo Drive, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 8:52 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Ruffin was released on a summons to appear in court.
Brady P. Rodriguez, 24, of 311 Onstead St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 11:25 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. Bail was set at $15,000.
John Sillmon, III, 29, of 406 Millerville Drive, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 3:58 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of littering. Sillmon was released on a $2,500 bond.
Johnny J. Bonin, 55, of 1041 Cayce St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7 p.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and careless operation with a crash. No bail was set.
Jeremy Smith, 33, of 2400 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:25 p.m. and charged on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. Bail is set at $1,500.
Matthew Senette, 32, of 9384 La. 182, Lot #1, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 7:46 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Samantha Pavlick, 23, of 9384 La, 182, Lot #1, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 8:35 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
