Police Reports 5-18-15
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Antonio Nieves, 32, of Raceland, was arrested Friday at 2:16 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault and released on $500 bond.
Derrick L. White, 28, of 156 Roger Street, Charenton, was arrested Friday at 3:12 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and was released on a summons.
Brittany Stansbury, 19, of 1400 N. Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 4:05 p.m. on a charge of theft and was released on a summons.
Ryan Savell, 31, of 6556 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:19 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
Angel Strickland, 23, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Friday at 10:19 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond was set.
Lachristy Colbert, 24, of 106 E. Long St., Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 4:59 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt of court, no driver’s license and failure to honor written promise to appear. Colbert was released on $335 bond.
Louise Boudreaux, 39, of 108 Cremo Lane, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 9:02 a.m. on charges of careless operation of a motor vehicle and hit and run driving, and was released on a summons.
Beau K. Morris, 28, of 5241 La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:49 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of reckless operation and simple criminal damage to property and was released on a recognizance bond.
Joshua J. Batte, 25, of 122 Solar Trailer Park, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 6:31 p.m. on charges of reckless operation and no registration and was released on a summons.
Ryan Sullivan, 25, Kayla Sullivan, 23, and Christopher Ladner, 23, all of 127 Mendoza Drive, Ricohoc, were charged Saturday at 6:55 p.m. with disturbing the peace and Ladner was also charged with criminal damage to property. All were released on summons.
Breonne Bowie, 27, of 421 Lockett Road No. 2, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:48 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and entering contraband into a jail. No bond was set.
Alonia F. Shearron, 46, of 805 Carl Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:21 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to comply with the terms of probation and issuing worthless checks. She was released on $8,500 bond.
Micah Domingue, 21, of 131 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 12:51 .m. on charges of hit and run and reckless operation and was released on $1,500 bond.
A female, 16, of Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 3:38 a.m. on a charge of ungovernable and a warrant on a charge of unauthorized use of a movable and was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Jose Hernandez Cerritos, 35, of 136 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 4:22 a.m. on charges of reckless operation, no driver’s license and no insurance and was released on $1,000 bond.
Jeremy J. Landry, 26, of 921 Tenth St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:59 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, speeding, expired license plate, no registration, careless operation and no insurance. Landry was released on a summons.
Matthew Strubb, 17, of 1803 Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:10 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden and disturbing the peace and was released on $1,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Annie Polidore, 71, of James Street, Franklin, Friday at 9:04 p.m. on charges of criminal mischief with misuse of the 911 system. She was released on $500 bond.
Lisa Turner, 36, of Talbot St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:54 p.m. on a charge of seventh offense theft of goods. No bond was set.
