Police Reports 5-2-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Emmette Abraham, 40, of 307 Pickett St., Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 10:50 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was released on $2,520 bond.
Juleesa Brown, 22, of 115 Jones Road No. 2, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 3:08 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and was released on a summons.
Terrell Poole, 23, of 1045 Ramos St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 10:47 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was held on $2,000 bond.
Bryson Skinner, 19, of 1061 Grace St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 10:57 p.m. on charges of signal light violation, speeding, flight from an officer, resisting an officer, driving under suspension, two counts of child restraint violations and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Yvonne A. Carson, 39, of 603 Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, Thursday at 4:07 p.m. on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, violation of a drug free zone and possession in the presence of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Shannon D. Carson, 40, of 603 Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:07 p.m. on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession in the presence of a juvenile, violation of a drug free zone, obstruction of justice, resisting an officer with force, transactions from drug proceeds and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of William King Sr., 39, of Third Street, Franklin, Thursday at 7:15 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of no driver’s license and loud music. He was held on $250 bond.
Ke’ayla Jennings, 17, of St. Nicholas Street, Jeanerette, and Jernasia Eugene, 17, of 10th Street, Franklin, were arrested after a report of a fight at Franklin Senior High School Thursday at 8:59 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace. Jennings was released on $357 bond and Eugene was released on $250 bond.
Rodney Barto, 41, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:45 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. He was released on $310 bond.
