Police Reports 5-23-16
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Elton Pinn, 32, of St. Clair, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday and charged with unlawful use of state issued ID to enter gaming facility and released on a summons.
Kevin Roberson, 27, of Terrebonne St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday and charged with unlawful use of state issued ID to enter gaming facility and released on a summons.
Jordan Istre, 26, of Choctaw St., Charenton, was arrested Sunday and charged for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and obedience to and required traffic control device. He was incarcerated at the parish jail.
Brian Edmond, 24, of Justin St., Lafayette, was arrested Sunday and charged with possession of marijuana and released on a summons.
Nicholas Hebert, 24, of E. Simcoe St., Lafayette, was arrested Sunday and charged for possession of marijuana and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Ryan LeBlanc, 22, of Anderson St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:50 p.m. and charged on warrants for the charges of simple battery and criminal trespassing. LeBlanc was processed and released on a $2,500 bond.
Michael Jack, 45, of Hwy. 83, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:34 a.m. for the charges of open alcoholic containers, disturbing the peace by public intoxication, obscenity by urinating in public and possession of schedule I narcotics. Jack was processed and held on a $3,250 bond.
Kenneth Smith, 49, of Robertson St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:52 p.m. for the charge of second degree battery. Smith was processed and held with no bond set.
Albert Mitchell, 58, of Eighth St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:01 p.m. for the charge of simple battery. Mitchell was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Cabot Pugh, 27, of Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:47 a.m. for the charges of no turn signal, driving under suspension, possession of schedule I narcotics (Marijuana)- second offense, possession of schedule I narcotics (heroin)- second Offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pugh was processed and held with no bond set.
