Police Reports 5-27-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joseph L. Gary, 29, of 208 Henry St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 11:52 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession, distribution and sale of a legend drug without a prescription and bringing contraband into a jail. He was also charged with failure to comply with the conditions of drug court. No bond was set.
Peter K. Allain, 64, of 4682 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery and released on a personal surety bond.
Toreum S. Poole, 30, of 1200 James St., Apt. 8, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 1:10 p.m. on a charge of aggravated battery and held with no bond set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Heath Landry, 18, of Lafayette, Friday at 7:51 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no driver’s license. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Moises Quim-Cruz, 38, of Iberia Street, Franklin, today at 12:36 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery with child endangerment. No bond was set.
