Police Reports 5-4-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Barry D. Ewing, 30, of 1219 La. 319, Cypremort Point, was arrested Friday at 12:11 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.
Melinda Garrison, 48, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Friday at 8:08 p.m. on a warrant charging her with theft and was held on $1,000 bond.
Leonard Stewart, 43, of 1014 Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 2:04 a.m. on charges of obstruction of justice and careless operation with an accident. He was released on $1,500 bond.
Shane D. Todd, 39, of 204 Willow Bend Lane, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 9:34 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of animals at large. He was released after paying a $287 fine.
Michael R. Wilkerson, 24, of 214 Mars Road, Apt. 5, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:27 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on $500 bond.
A juvenile male, 15, of Patterson, and Devonte M. Breaux, 17, of 240 Cremo Lane, Patterson, were arrested Sunday at 4:20 p.m. on charges of theft. Breaux was released on a summons and the juvenile to guardians pending juvenile court.
Jeremiah E. Luke, 35, of 105 Jordan Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 8:37 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. Bond was set at $500.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Johnathan Sanders, 34, of Penn Road, Franklin, Friday at 4:39 p.m. on charges of second offense DWI, no driver’s license and failure to carry registration. No bond was set.
Beau Bush, 28, of Oakdale St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:56 p.m. on charges of third offense possession of marijuana, third offense possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. No bond was set.
Roger Campbell Jr., 24, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:20 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and resisting an officer. He was released on $3,000 bond.
Teldrich Toussaint, 17, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:49 a.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery and was held on $1,000 bond.
Stephanie Martin, 30, and Keenan Morgan, 31, both of St. Martinville, were arrested Saturday at 8:33 a.m. Martin was charged with second offense domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set. Morgan was charged with domestic abuse battery and released on $1,000 bond.
Yolanda Harrison, 46, of Pickett Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:58 p.m. on charges of unauthorized use of an access card and forgery. No bond was set.
Acting Chitimacha Police Chief Ellen Hebert reported the arrest of Rickey Buteau Jr., 30, of Jeanerette, Sunday on a charge of remaining where forbidden and a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of fishing without a license and non-support. He was held on $3,515 bond
