Police Reports 5-6-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Richard Cormier, 28, of 321 La. 182, Lot #9, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 1:11 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery, false imprisonment and criminal damage to property. No bail was set.
Mahammad Abdul, 21, of Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 3:34 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension and improper lane usage. Abdul was released on a summons to appear in court.
Tamika Flemming, of 105 Collins St., Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 5:13 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension. Flemming was released on a summons to appear in court.
Abriahn S. Baker, 19, of 324 Clarke Road. Apt. C, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 11:26 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery, criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
Travis L. Gilmore, 24, of 425 Leo St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 3:43 a.m. and charge with stop sign violation, possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, ignition interlock device offense and operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses. Bail is set at $13,250.
Jerald Stansbury, 38, of 216 Clausen Road, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:56 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge simple battery and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of Schedule I drugs. No bail was set.
Jadi Williams, 27, of 614 Seventy Nine Pines Lnane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 9:41 a.m. and charged on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Darrius Gordon, 28, of Franklin, was additionally charged with entering contraband into a penal institution Thursday at 1:33 p.m. Gordon remains incarcerated.
Kendall Hines, 34, of Jeanerette, was additionally charged with entering contraband into a penal institution Thursday at 1:33 p.m. Hines remains incarcerated.
Jeremy Corden, 41, of Erath, was arrested Thursday at 2:38 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension, careless operation of a motor vehicle with a crash, canceled license plate and no insurance. Corden was released on a summons to appear in court.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Kane Smith, 17, of 167 Burchfield Lane, Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 7:24 p.m. and charged with the following offenses: distribution of marijuana, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, transactions involving drug proceeds and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
Justin Taylor, 18, of 216 Field St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:24 p.m. and charged with distribution of marijuana and violation of a CDS law. No bail was set.
Bree Aucoin, 21, of 1407 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:24 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, second offense and general speed law. Aucoin was released on a summons to appear in court.
Caleb Gros, 19, of 154 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:24 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, third offense, violation of a CDS law and obstruction of justice. No bail was set.
