Police Reports 6-16-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Derrick Dobbins, 35, of 118 Lincoln Drive, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 6:55 a.m. on a charge of simple burglary. No bond was set.
Jerry Landry, 82, of 1612 Ridgeway Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a movable. He was released on $250 bond.
Kaneesha A. Williams, 25, of Port Allen, was arrested Friday at 1:56 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods and held on $5,000 bond.
Dedrick Gant Jr., 30, of 1400 Live Oak St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 2:15 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer by giving false information, domestic abuse by strangulation, domestic abuse in the presence of a juvenile and a Patterson warrant for domestic battery. No bond was set.
Nicholas Grimmett, 34, of 138 Sun St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 2:25 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of two counts of criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Nicholas Turner, 22, of Gretna, was arrested Friday at 3:55 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property, simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and failure to appear on a charge of speeding. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Billy Matte Jr., 32, of 100 Cypress Drive, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 6:32 p.m. on charges of reckless operation and no insurance. He was released on a summons.
A juvenile male, 15, of Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:03 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery and released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
David Miller, 33, of 223 Jones St., Apt. 4, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 11:12 p.m. on charges of simple battery and criminal damage to property and released on a summons.
Elizabeth Jones, 52, and Brandon Jones, 43, both of 214 Mars Road, Apt. 2, Bayou Vista, were arrested Saturday at 2:32 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated. Both were released on summonses.
Peggy Fabre, 48, of 306 Adams St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 7:36 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was released on $750 bond.
Heather N. Harvey, no age given, of 203 Trevino St. Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 9:20 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and failure to honor a written promise to appear. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Sydnie Harrison, 19, of Shade Grove, Patterson, and a 15-year-old female, of Patterson, were arrested Saturday at about 4 p.m. on warrants charging them with simple battery. Harrison was released on $500 bond and the juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Michael Copeland, 44, of 319 Clarke Road, Lot 1, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:40 p.m. on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Sheila Kimbro, 41, of 319 Clarke Road, Lot 1, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:49 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by obscene language and released on a summons.
Billy Smith Sr., 53, of 329 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 8:34 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt stop sign violation and failure to honor a written promise to appear. Bond was set at $319.
Tyler Davis, 18, of 124 Natalie Lane, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 10:23 a.m. on a warrant charging him with violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Kellie Hebert, 23, of Scott, was arrested Monday at 12:48 p.m. on a warrant charging her with felony theft. She was released on a personal surety bond.
Alyssa L. Ashmore, 25, of 516 Fifth St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:44 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.
Eric T. Gaskins, 34, of 129 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 11:32 p.m. on a charge of entering contraband into a jail. No bond was set.
Elizabeth Lewis, 23, of Gibson, was arrested today at 2:33 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of criminal mischief, simple battery, resisting an officer by refusing to give identity, theft of goods and a Lafayette Parish failure to appear warrant. No bond was set.
Caswick Clark, 28, of 302 Third St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 4:34 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and improper display of license plate. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Khadijah Robinson, 21, of New Iberia, Saturday at 4:49 p.m. on a charge of hit and run. She allegedly hit a bicyclist on June 12. Robinson was released on $1,000 bond.
Jimmy Williams, 37, of Lajaunie Court, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 7:44 p.m. on a charge of possession of a legend drug with intent to distribute and a Sabine Parish driving under suspension warrant. No bond was set.
Kevin Loston Jr., 21, of Lockett Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:09 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on $500 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrest of Earl Sampy, 36, of Jeanerette, Thursday on a sheriff’s warrant charging him with theft of services and simple criminal damage to property. He was also charged with a district court warrant on charges of issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension and no seat belt. No bond was set.
Dale Simoneaux Sr., 49, of Franklin, was arrested Saturday on a district court warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of speeding. Bond was set at $360.
