Police Reports 6-22-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kristyn Parker, 23, of 118 Stevens Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:20 p.m. on a Lafayette Parish failure to appear warrant on charges of criminal mischief, resisting arrest and simple battery. No bond was set.
Brittany R. Clement, 26, of Thibodaux, was charged Friday at 10:28 p.m. with resisting an officer by giving false information and released on a summons.
Denise Provost, 56, of 315 Talbot St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:49 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
David Maxie, 56, of 4292 La. 182, Glencoe, was arrested Saturday at 4:39 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault and disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bond was set.
Paige Henry, 24, of 7261 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:09 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and was released on a summons.
Alex Francois, 36, of 508 Barrow St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 10:39 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, no license plate light and a warrant charging Francois with failure to comply with the conditions of probation. No bond was set.
Lachristy D. Colbert, 24, of 106 East Long St., Baldwin, and Shameka Colbert, 30, of 530 Branch St., Baldwin, were arrested Saturday at 10:37 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and were released on bonds of $500.
Tammy Patrick, 39, of St. Martinville, was arrested Sunday at 9:07 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. She was released on $1,250 bond.
Sheila M. Sons, 30, of O Street, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 11:02 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of remaining where forbidden and possession of Schedule I drugs. No bond was set.
Lynette Hatten, 34, of 521 Tiffany St., Apt. 21, Patterson, was arrested today at 12:06 a.m. on charges of failure to yield to emergency vehicles and DWI. No bond was set.
Sergio Jimenez Sanchez, 26, of Shreveport, was arrested today at 1:16 a.m. on charges of failure to yield to emergency vehicles, DWI, no driver’s license and open alcohol container. No bond was set.
Julio Villavicencio, 32, of Gibson, was arrested today at 3:27 a.m. on a charge of second degree aggravated battery. No bond was set.
Ruth Rivera-Rodriguez, 38, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested today at 3:27 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of David Provost, 28, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, Friday at 1 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery by strangulation. No bond was set.
Reuben Evans Jr., 27, of Bud Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 4 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by obscene language, resisting an officer and public intimidation. No bond was set.
Raymond Levine, 55, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:58 p.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of third offense possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Javondrae Bourgeois, 25, of Liner Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:53 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery and was released on $500 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrest of Dieu Ho, 54, of Cut Off, Thursday on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and indecent exposure. No bond was set.
Brent Darden, 29, of Charenton, was arrested Friday on charges of reckless driving, no insurance, flight from an officer, speeding, driving under suspension and switched license plate. No bond was set.
Greig Tyler, 40, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him with possession of a firearm on the premises of an alcoholic beverage outlet. He was released on a summons.
