Police Reports 6-25-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Dwon M. Rials, 34, of Houma, was charged Tuesday at 8:29 a.m. on a charge of battery of a correctional facility employee. No bond was set.
Son Nguyen, 40, of 608 Cypress St., Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 11:55 a.m. on a charge of fourth offense driving under suspension and released on $1,000 bond.
Povial Ward, 25, of Belle Rose, was arrested Tuesday at 6:50 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and a Franklin police failure to appear warrant on charges of suspended driver’s license and stop sign violation. Bond was set at $1,336.
Victoria L. Collins, 25, and Aalyha Ward, 18, both of Gonzales, were arrested Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. on charges of illegal possession of stolen things. Both were released on summons.
Tylan Bolden, 21, of 408 Iberia St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:56 p.m. on a charge of theft and released on a summons.
Kenneth Phillips, 45, of 128 Miggy Lane, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 7:17 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with probation and held on $5,000.
Jonell Waltman, 50, of 1614 Church St., Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 4:35 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of suspended driver’s license, speeding, distribution of codeine and possession, distribution or sale of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.
Renetta Clark, 52, of 456 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. on warrants charging her with simple battery, probation violation and failure to appear on charges of simple assault and disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
Rainnie L. Simon, 23, of 301A Venus St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. on a leash law violation. She was released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Gia S. Gautier, 51, of 712A Federal Ave., Monday at 6:43 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule II and IV drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV drugs, obstruction of justice and no turn signal. No bond is set.
Paula B. Adams, 51, of 517 Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. on a charge of possession of a Schedule IV drug. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of George Small Jr., 67, of Isabella Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 9:36 a.m. on a charge of aggravated battery.
He was released on $2,500 bond.
Cherie Melancon, 45, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6:48 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Ashala Bowie, 28, of Lockett Street, Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and held on $500 bond.
