Police Reports 7-11-16
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Thomas Romero, 56, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and released on a summons.
Michael Simien, 30, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and released on a summons.
Aryn Hebert, 17, of Jena Street, Charenton, was arrested Sunday and charged with simple battery and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Brennan Navy, 26, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:15 p.m. for the charges of possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana)-first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer with force and battery on a police officer. Navy was booked, processed, and held with no bond set.
Brandon McClendon, 29, of Mike Drive, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 6:11 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Morgan City Police Department for the charge of simple battery. McClendon was booked, processed, and held awaiting transport to Morgan City Police Department.
Priscilla Lovell, 39, of Wall Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:34 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Patterson Police Department for the charge of disturbing the peace. Lovell was booked, processed, and transported to Patterson Police Department.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jacob Hanks, 27, of 116 South Railroad Ave., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 10:05 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of illegal possession of stolen things. Hanks was released on a $750 bond.
Leo Thompson, 46, of 125 Emy’s Lane, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 11:30 a.m. and charged with no motor vehicle insurance. Thompson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Bryan A. Tardy, 27, of 123 Matthews Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 4:24 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Tardy was released on a $2,500 bond.
Kerry Davis, Jr., 24, of 100 Alexander Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:29 p.m. and charged on a warrant for criminal damage to property. Davis was booked into the parish jail and later released on a $200 bond.
Craig Barrett, 25, of 225 Grey Eagle Road #1, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 1:20 a.m. and charged with battery of a police officer, disturbing the peace (public intoxication) and resisting an officer. Barrett was released on a $2,500 bond.
Ronnie Hurst, Jr., 18, of 702 Saint Paul Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 3:45 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hurst was released on a summons to appear in court.
Dustin Guilbeau, 31, of 2748 Sixth St., Lot #3, Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 7:59 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding. No bail was set.
Dylan A. Leblanc, 23, of 139 Big Bear Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:46 p.m. and charged with criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Leblanc was released on a $3,500 bond.
Apollonia Louis, 31, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 8:19 p.m. and charged with speeding and driving under suspension. Louis was released on a summons to appear in court.
Janet Melancon, 57, of 2328 Wilson Lane, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 9:30 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle. Melancon was released on a summons to appear in court.
Hurbert T. Lovett, 52, of 2325 Wilson Lane, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 9:39 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license. Lovett was released on a summons to appear in court.
Alfred Williams, Jr., 52, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 1:24 a.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and no driver’s license. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Stephanie M. Harvey, 37, of 115 Cane St. Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 11:26 p.m. and charged with failure to properly signal a turn 100 feet prior to an intersection, flight from an officer, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine) and possession of Schedule II (Fentanyl). No bail was set.
Kathryn A. Vines, 43, of 531 Druilhet St., Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 11:26 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine) and possession of Schedule II (Fentanyl). No bail was set.
Emily V. Eues, 34, of 150 Elaine St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 7:58 p.m. and charged with failure to signal 100 feet prior to an intersection, possession of marijuana and resisting an officer. Eues’ bond was set at $3,250.
Kayla Comeaux, 28, of 126 Moffet Court, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 7:58 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule IV (Tramadol), possession of a Legend Drug (Motrin) without a prescription and possession of a Legend Drug (Amoxil) without a prescription. No bail was set.
