Police Reports 7-21-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Gajan J. Reed, 30, of 123 Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 5:43 p.m. and charged on four warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $400,000.
Cherise Collins, 37, of 201 Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:54 p.m. and charged on a Third Ward Court warrant for aggravated battery. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Lynwood Darby, 49, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and charged with probation violation. Darby was booked, processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Dave Jones, 46, of Martin Luther King Boulevard., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:11 a.m. and charged on a warrant for the charge of aggravated assault. Jones was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000 bond.
Al’Breya Robinson, 18, of Tenth Street, Franklin, turned herself in at the Franklin Police Department Wednesday at 3:10 p.m. on a warrant dated for the charge of cyberbullying. Robinson was booked, processed and released on a $500 bond.
Jernasia Eugene, 20, of Tenth Street, Franklin, turned herself in at the Franklin Police Department Wednesday at 3:10 p.m. on a warrant for the charges simple battery and disturbing the peace by fighting. Eugene was booked, processed and released on a $750 bond.
Crystal Bourgeois, 34, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:16 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of no driver’s license on person, no insurance and stop sign violation. Bourgeois was booked, processed and held on a $1,951 bond.
