Police Reports 7-22-15

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Yvette Perry, 41, and Yvonne Delinger, 41, both of Willow Street, Franklin, were arrested Monday at 10:35 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released on bonds of $500.
Gary Walls, 47, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:43 p.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant charging him with fishing without a license. He was held on $500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Joaquima Colbert, 28, of Labau St., Baldwin, Monday at 11:04 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of flight from an officer. No bond was set.
Peter Butkus, 20, of Houma, was arrested Monday at 3:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery and was released on $750 bond.
Brian Clarkston, 31, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 6:54 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, fourth office possession of Schedule I drugs, a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon, failure to appear warrants on charges of criminal neglect of family, third offense possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. No bond was set.
Shamoirick Hensley, 35, of 521C Trappey St., Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 12:10 a.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Melanie Francis, 30, of 2990 Fourth St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 12:10 a.m. on a charge of theft. No bond was set.
Willys Nelson, 32, of Humber, Texas, was arrested Tuesday at 3:42 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and was released on a summons.
Steven Touchet, 24, of St. Martinville, was arrested Tuesday at 1:23 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of driving under suspension and speeding. Bond was set at $2,000.
Thomas C. Thompson, 41, of 2809 First St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 5:48 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of suspended license and failure to obey traffic signals. No bond was set.
Rodney R. Williams, 37, of 517 Belanger St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 12:52 a.m. on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm and disturbing the peace intoxicated No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Lynn Fields, 56, and Ben A. Broussard, 29, both of 126 Natalie Lane, No. 26, Patterson, Monday at 6:29 p.m. on charges of possession of Seroquel and Xanax. Both were held with no bond set.
Jody Cubbedge, 39, of 810 Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 9:04 p.m. on a charge of possession of meth with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
