Police Reports 7-7-16

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Jacob Picard, 26, of Choctaw Street, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday and charged on a Chitimacha Tribal Court warrant for failure to appear in court and was transported to the parish jail.
Bobby Davis, 36, of Lafayette, was arrested Wednesday and charged on a Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear for speeding, invalid driver’s license and failure to yield to the right. He was also arrested on an Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear for misdemeanor arraignment for driving under suspension, failure to secure vehicle registration and improper use of registration/license plates/license. He was also arrested on a St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear for failure to yield to emergency vehicle, operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled. He was transported to the parish jail.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joseph McDaniel, 35, of 1513 Gum St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 7:01 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of remaining where forbidden. No bail was set.
Bryon Adams, 47, of 117 Shirley’s Lane, Centerville, was arrested Wednesday at 11:20 a.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released on a summons to appear in court.
Charles Pollard, 42, of 412 Camille Drive, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. and charged for operating a vehicle with no insurance. Pollard was ultimately released on a summons to appear in court.
Dedrick Brown, 23, of Lafayette, was arrested Wednesday at 2:54 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $2,241.
Tayler Davis, 18, of 300 Franklin St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 3:56 p.m. on the charge of remaining where forbidden. He was later released on a summons to appear to court.
Kaci Henry, 28, of 528 Hilda St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 12:26 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of no insurance, no taillight and suspended driver’s license. Henry was released on a $2,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrest:
Wayne Clark, 44, of Siracusaville, was arrested Wednesday at 9:58 p.m. for charges of no turn signal, improper lane usage and possession of a Schedule II narcotic. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Tris Madison, 23, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. and charged on warrants for criminal trespass, simple assault and disturbing the peace. Madison was booked, processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Albert Walter III, 39, of JA Hernandez Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 4:20 a.m. for the charge of unauthorized entry. Walter was booked, processed and held with no bond set.
