Police Reports 8-22-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Andre A. Brown, 33, of 194 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:04 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. No bond was set.
Nicole A. St. Germaine, 38, of 322 Aucoin St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 1:06 p.m. on a warrant charging her with probation violation and held with no bond set.
Leann N. Jones, 24, of 214 Jones St., Apt. 6, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 1:57 p.m. on a Lafayette Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear and was held with no bond set.
Nathaniel Paul, 22, of 719 Fifth St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 7:26 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt, improper headlights and failure to honor a written promise to appear. No bond was set.
Jamal Gibson, 27, of 115 Headland St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 7:29 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of Schedule I drugs. No bond was set.
Orion P. McCranie, 34, of 460 Wilson St., Berwick, was arrested today at 1:38 a.m. on charges of simple criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace and threatening a public official. He was held on $2,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Gary Peters, 35, of 211 Jones Road No. 1, Four Corners, Thursday at 8:47 p.m. on charges of improper lane use, obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, transactions involving drug proceeds, no driver’s license on person, no seat belt and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Misty Lafleur, 33, of 613 Kelly Drive, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 10:14 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on $1,500 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Cynthia Dace, 43, of Weber Street, Franklin, Thursday at 10:25 a.m. on warrants charging her with bank fraud and theft over $1,500. No bond was set.
Demesha Gaines, 22, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:49 p.m. on warrants charging her with bank fraud and theft over $1,500 and a warrant charging her with unauthorized use of an access card. No bond was set.
Deshandra Gaines, 23, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:49 a.m. on warrants charging her with bank fraud and theft over $1,500. No bond was set.
