Police Reports 8-4-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Herbert J. Jenkins, 61, of 116 Ivory Lane, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 12:55 a.m. and charged for license plate light required and no motor vehicle insurance. Jenkins was released on a summons to appear in court.
Kenneth K. Phillips, 47, of 128 Miggy Lane, Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:16 a.m. and charged with the following offenses: license plate light required, no motor vehicle insurance, no motor vehicle inspection sticker and expired driver’s license. Phillips was released on a summons to appear in court.
Jason Cavalier, of 148 Cremo Lane, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 10:42 a.m. and charged on a warrant for theft. Bail was set at $1,000.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Chantal Burke, 22, of 521 Tiffany St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 6:55 p.m. and charged for a Patterson Police Department warrant for leash law violation. She was later transferred to the Patterson Police Department jail.
Amanda Free, 36, of 1701 River Road, Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 8:29 p.m. and charged on a warrant for monetary instrument abuse. No bail was set.
Bobby Mouton, 41, of 806 Tall Timbers Drive, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 8:12 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana. Mouton was released on a summons to appear on court.
Sherlock J. Levison, 47, of 1805 Main St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 9:51 p.m. and charged with the following offenses: possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, transactions involving drug proceeds and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. No bail was set.
Jalen Scott, of 511 Park St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 9:51 p.m. and charged with possession of MDMA (ecstasy). Scott was released on a summons to appear in court.
Jeremiah Owens, 29, of 312 McGee St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 9:51 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of MDMA (ecstasy). Owens was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Corey Landry, 22, of Mary Lee Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:21 p.m. for the charge of possession of Schedule I narcotics (synthetic cannabinoids)-second offense. Landry was booked, processed and held with no bond set.
Earl Gunner, 27, of Darce Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. for the charge of remaining where forbidden. Gunner was also arrested on a probation violation. Gunner was booked, processed, and held with no bond set.
