Police Reports 9-17-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Hector Rivera, 41, of 5007 Charlies’s Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 8:50 a.m. on a charge of possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.
A 15-year-old female, of Galliano, was arrested Tuesday at 11:17 a.m. on a charge of runaway juvenile and was released to the custody of Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s personnel.
Xavier McGhee, 23, of 413 Ninth St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:20 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. He was released on $88 bond.
Blake Smith, 23, of 314 Taft St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal trespassing and was released on $1,500 bond.
John Cooper, 25, of 200 Williams St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. on Lafayette Parish warrants charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.
Michelle Ashley, 45, of 122 South Verret St., Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 7:07 p.m. on a charged of domestic abuse aggravated assault. No bond was set.
Cole Fruge, 22, of 1302 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 8:52 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal trespassing. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tawana Thomas, 35, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, Tuesday at 8:25 a.m. on warrants charging her with disturbing the peace by fighting, simple battery on a juvenile and criminal trespassing. She was released on $1,250 bond.
Vertress Loston, 35, of Lockett Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:49 p.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of simple battery on a juvenile and disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $1,250 bond.
Raymond Comeaux, 43, of W. Third Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:10 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and held on $250 bond.
Richard Welch Jr., 50, of Denham Springs, was arrested today at 12:28 a.m. on Morgan City warrants charging him with nine counts of issuing worthless checks. No bond was st.
Phillip Comeaux, 43, of W. Third Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:36 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and held on $25,259 bond.
